Hakomi Therapist Counsellor and Therapeutic Supervisor I have been working therapeutically with mindfulness for 15 years. In that time I have travelled and developed a method of working that offers a spectrum of interventions to foster the flow and appreciation of our humanness. My work environment has varied from residential to community, individual to group facilitation. I see the opportunity to offer simplicity and stillness, tender speech and a loving presence as a gift and my life purpose. I’ve lived with Zen monks, which showed me brotherly love and a deep grounding in mindfulness.
